1. No Refund Policy

2. Warranty Coverage
All fairly used devices include a limited 3-week warranty starting from the date of delivery. Claims must be reported within this period to be eligible. New devices (where applicable) are covered by manufacturer warranty.
Warranty Includes:
- Hardware defects not caused by misuse
- Manufacturer faults apparent within warranty period
- Non-functional components at delivery
Not Covered:
- Physical/water damage
- Software issues
- Battery degradation
- Unauthorized modifications

Every device is clearly listed as brand new, fairly used, or refurbished. VantaGadgets guarantees transparency and accuracy in product condition descriptions.
